Level 1
provides a foundational understanding and experiential practice of NM. Both equipment (EEG) and non-equipment certification is available.
Level 2
is designed for those that wish to teach NM to students or clients. This integrates clinical approaches to Neuromeditation.
Level 3
is for advanced practitioners that wish to become NM mentors and assist in teaching NM workshops and training instructors.
Level 1 Instructor Training:
Foundations Workshop
Audience: All Experience Levels Welcome
Format: Self-paced, or Live Virtual
Instructor: Jeff Tarrant, Ph.D., BCN
This workshop, either self-paced or live virtual, provides in-depth didactic instruction on the four styles of NM, how they work, their implications for mental health, along with some practical interventions. This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about the principles of NM and the brain science behind the styles. The live virtual workshop offers CE credits through PESI. Both options satisfy Level 1: Foundations requirement.
Level 2 Instructor Training:
Clinical Applications
Audience: Level 1 Certified or in process
Format: HYBRID: Self-Paced & Virtual, Synchronous
Cost: $675US or 3 monthly payments of $225US
This workshop prepares professionals to apply NM principles in their work with clients. This workshop provides a deeper dive into the processes behind identifying the ideal style for a client, developing a meditation plan, and evaluating effectiveness. In addition, this workshop will include additional opportunities for teaching and practicing each of the Four NeuroMeditation styles.
Level 3 Instructor Training:
Independent Study
Audience: Level 1 & 2 Certified
Format: Virtual and/or In-person
Cost: a base price of $750US
Dates: Self-determined with Instructor
Instructor: Jeff Tarrant, Ph.D., BCN
This program provides an independent study designed to satisfy the requirements of Level III certification. You will work directly with Dr. Tarrant to design a project that intersects with your interests and NeuroMeditation. You’ll also learn how to effectively educate and mentor mental health professionals seeking Level II certification. After this independent study, you will be eligible to offer mentoring services to those seeking Level II certification. You must have completed the NeuroMeditation Clinical Applications Workshop and successfully achieved Level II certification prior to attending the independent study.
