A cultural studies and sociology graduate (UMCS in Lublin), Małgorzata is currently expanding her knowledge of psychology by studying at the WSEI Academy in Lublin. Her path combines academic training with over 15 years of practical experience, particularly in writing and implementing projects and providing outreach work.
As a trainer and instructor of neuromeditation (levels I and II), Małgorzata leads development workshops, courses, and projects teaching mindfulness, concentration, and working with inner well-being. She also utilizes horticultural therapy tools in her practice, holding professional qualifications for occupational therapy using green spaces. She conducts both group and individual sessions, as well as tutoring. Her work is guided by empathy, mindfulness, a process-based approach, and respect for the individual needs of participants. She is the Vice President of the Bona Fides Association in Lublin and a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
