This course is designed for use with the Divergence NeuroMeditation Subscription and 8 channel Crown headset by Neurosity. This course will teach you the theory, science, and methods behind all 5 of the NeuroMeditation protocols: Focus, Mindfulness, Open Heart, Quiet Mind, and Deep States, making it a streamlined way to begin your NeuroMeditation practice.

This course contains 37 lessons organized into 7 Modules, including demonstrations of each protocol. In addition, you will receive guided meditation examples, a PDF of the slide decks, and lifetime access to the content.

Divergence EEG Mentoring Sessions

Audience: This group is limited to clinicians and coaches working with the Divergence Neuro platform and the Crown headset. It is also required that everyone in this group have completed or is enrolled in the online Divergence EEG NeuroMeditation course.
