Crafting Calm: Video Storytelling & Marketing for NeuroMeditation Coaches

Learn how to share your message—and your meditations—with clarity, creativity, and heart. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how to plan, record, and edit videos that capture the essence of your NeuroMeditation work, from teaching moments to guided experiences.

We’ll cover essential tools and techniques for video and audio production, including camera setup, lighting, microphone placement, and sound design specifically for recording meditations. You’ll learn simple editing workflows, how to create a soothing visual and auditory tone, and how to craft short, authentic clips that resonate with your audience.

We’ll also explore how to approach marketing as an act of service—using compassionate communication and nervous system-aware storytelling to help your content reach the people who need it most.

We’ll demonstrate using Adobe products, but I'll show you other options for each tool we use and the principles ultimately apply no matter what software platforms you use. Bring your curiosity, your message, and your willingness to experiment. You’ll leave with both inspiration and practical skills to start creating immediately.

Mike Welch

Mike Welch is a personal trainer with an AAS in Exercise Science, an Acrofit certified instructor, and NeuroMeditation Level 3 Certified Instructor.

Mike shifted his career into the world of fitness and wellness after he was laid off from a high stress job in the tech industry. He pursued exercise and lifestyle changes as a remedy to his mental health challenges including ADHD, PTSD, and depression. While exercise helped to relieve him of some of his symptoms, Mike found some aspects of the fitness world lacking in its understanding of the nervous system and subtle energetic bodies and began exploring meditation and spiritual practices.

He continues to study movement, strength, Yoga, Eastern and Western mysticism, and energetic healing, and he weaves these concepts into his exercise science skillset to bring his clients something unique. Mike is also trained as a NeuroMeditation Instructor Level 3 through the NeuroMeditation Institute where he continues his ongoing study. Learn more about Mike’s work at experiencesoothe.com.
