Learn movement-based mind-body healing.  Qigong is an ancient practice originally from the Chinese Taoist tradition, incorporating relaxed movements, clear intention and inner sensitivity.  It is related to Taiji Chuan (Tai Chi), but is generally thought of as more meditative and straightforward to practice. This introductory 4-week course will teach qigong practices for health, healing, and spiritual development with an emphasis on the meditative qualities of these practices.

Classes are taught by Dr. Jeff Tarrant.  Jeff has been practicing Qigong for 16 years and teaching for 12. He is a Licensed Psychologist and Director of the NeuroMeditation Institute.

Previous experience is not required.
